Return Conditions
- Change of Heart: Given the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the customer ordered the wrong size, the wrong color, or had a change of heart. Because of this, please make your selections carefully and review all product information and size charts before making a purchase.
- Damaged or Defective Items 30-Day Guarantee to Replace: If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective in any way, please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Incorrect Print or Design: If your product has a printing error different from your approved design, please notify us via email to Support@BlissRoadStudios.com within 30 days of receiving the item. We will rectify the mistake by sending a correctly printed item without additional charges. This is our guarantee to you.

Process for Returning Items
- Please email our customer service team at Support@BlissRoadStudios.com with the subject "Return Request—Order #[Your Order Number]."
- Please include at least two clear photographs of the defective or damaged area(s) of the item(s) you received.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, which may include returning the defective product to us or disposing of it based on the situation. Either way, we want you to be happy.
- We guarantee we will send you a replacement once the damage or defect is verified.
Other Important Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is faulty or we made an error.
- Please ship returned items with a tracking number to 901 H Street, Suite 120-222, Sacramento, CA 95814. Bliss Road Studios is not responsible for any lost returns.
- Items should be returned in original packaging to protect them adequately during transit.
- Where applicable, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
