Shipping Times Policy for Bliss Road Studios
Introduction
At Bliss Road Studios, we understand how important it is to receive your purchased items in a timely manner. We have outlined our shipping process and estimated delivery times to help set appropriate expectations.
Processing/Handling Times
- All orders are processed the same day if ordered before 1 p.m. PST.
- Order Confirmation: Once you've placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. This means we've received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card or other payment method for the purchase.
- Please Confirm Your Address: Please be sure to include the proper shipping address. If we receive an order that is considered insufficient by the courier, your shipment will be returned to the shipper. You will be liable for any reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated correct address with you—so please give us the correct shipping address upfront.
- Order Processing: Your order will be sent to our print-on-demand facility to be produced. Given the custom nature of our products, processing can take between 2 to 5 business days. Once your order is processed, we will charge your credit card.
- Shipping: After your order has been printed, it will be shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Costs
- $4.00 per item for all items ordered up to 6 items.
- For orders totaling 7 or more items, shipping is capped at $28.00 for the total order.
- THERE ARE NO HIDDEN SHIPPING COSTS FOR ORDERS TO THE UNITED STATES.
Estimated Shipping/Transit Times
Please note that these are estimates and can vary based on external factors.
- Domestic (Within the United States): 3-5 business days after production/handling times.
Factors Affecting Shipping Times
- High Volume of Orders: During peak times, like holidays, there may be a slight delay in processing or shipping times.
- Unforeseen Delays: Sometimes, delays occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as inclement weather or postal service disruptions. We appreciate your patience during these times.
