The short version: shipping is free on every order — no minimums, no codes. Every piece is made to order, printed and quality-checked before it ships, so please allow production time plus transit time.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico — and shipping is always free. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship free as well, but please allow additional transit time. We do not currently ship to other U.S. territories (such as Guam, American Samoa, or the U.S. Virgin Islands), to APO/FPO military addresses, or internationally.
Once you place your order you'll receive an email confirmation — that means we have your order and have pre-authorized your payment method. Because everything is made to order, production takes 2–5 business days. When your piece has been printed and checked, we charge your card and it ships.
Most contiguous-U.S. orders arrive 3–5 business days after production. Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 5–10 business days for most addresses. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico take noticeably longer. During peak seasons (holidays!) or postal disruptions, allow a little extra grace.
Made-to-order pieces travel once — please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a courier returns a shipment for an insufficient address, reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility once we've confirmed a corrected address with you.
